1. About Flow
Flow (flow.thevale.eu) is a private financial-administration application operated by The VALE Association (org. nr 802542-5888), a non-profit association (ideell förening) registered in Sweden. It is used for the Association’s own bookkeeping and financial administration.
2. Who may use it
Access is limited to authorised members of The VALE Board, the Operations Team, and the Association’s auditor. Flow is not a public service and is not intended for use by the general public.
3. Acceptable use
Authorised users must keep their sign-in credentials secure, use the application only for the Association’s legitimate financial administration, and not attempt to access data or functions beyond their authorisation.
4. Bank connection
Where a user connects the Association’s own bank accounts through a licensed open-banking provider, that access is read-only (account information only). No payments can be initiated through Flow.
5. Data & privacy
Personal data processed through Flow is handled in accordance with The VALE’s Privacy Policy and the list of third-party processors referenced there.
6. Availability & warranty
The application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. The VALE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The VALE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the application.
8. Changes
The VALE may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In case of any conflict, the English version prevails.
